Hardwar and Hari-ki-Pari

At the Delhi airport: What's wrong with this picture?	For Maha-Sivaratri, pilgrims come from all over north India to the Tirthas in Haridwar and Rishikesh to carry Ganga water to carry back to their villages.	The Samadhi shrine of Anandamayi Ma in Kankhal, near Haridwar.

As dusk descends, pilgrims light their dipas, put them in the leaf boats full of flowers and incense and offer them to the waters of Ma Ganga.	Arati of the Ganga begins as the sun sets.	A dramatic shot of the arati lamps.
The dipa used for this arati is used only once, as the intensity of the flames bends and melts the metal of the dipa.
